WWE News:  Triple H discusses if he and Stephanie McMahon will be in the business as long as Vince McMahon

Triple H has don
Triple H has done a tremendous job in growing NXT and 205 Live...

What's the story?

Wrestling Inc. reported on a recent interview that Triple H had with Raute Musik in promotion WrestleMania 34. Within the interview, they discussed how long Triple H and his wife Stephanie McMahon think they'll be in the professional wrestling business.

In case you didn't know...

Triple H's big break in professional wrestling came in 1994 when he signed to World Championship Wrestling (WCW) under the name Jean-Paul Levesque with a gimmick similar to his Bluebood gimmick that he started WWE with.

The heart of the matter...

When it comes to how long Triple H and Stephanie think they will be in the professional wrestling business, Hunter said that they will be in the business until "they can no longer do it," just like Vince McMahon. Triple H said for both Vince and Stephanie, it's been a true passion in their family for their entire lives.

Triple H would further expand on those thoughts with the quote below:

"We have a strong passion for this, and for us to take his vision is very important for us. Take that vision, which he has done really well, to take that vision from where it is and beyond where it will be to bring the brand, the company, the business and all of it, like he did. To have a vision beyond what it is today and where it can go. I think that the WWE, in the form of entertainment, as a media juggernaut, and a content creator, and all of that, I think is just scratching the surface of where we can be in the future, and I look forward to that future."

He also mentioned that when Vince steps aside, he hopes that he and Stephanie can "do it justice" when it comes to running the WWE. They want to take this company where it needs to be in the future and "beyond anywhere we can imagine it can be."

What's next?

WrestleMania 34 is just around the corner when it takes place from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 8th. The final stops next week for Monday Night Raw and SmackDown live will take place from Atlanta, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee respectively.

At WrestleMania, Triple H will tag with his wife Stephanie McMahon to take on Kurt Angle and a debuting Ronda Rousey.

Author's take...

It doesn't surprise me to see Triple H believe that they will be running the WWE until they can't physically and mentally do so anymore. It's been a part of Stephanie's entire life, and Triple H as a creator is making something special with NXT and more recently 205 Live.

To say the WWE is in good hands for the forseeable future is a huge understatement.
