Triple H has taken to social media so as to give fans an insider’s perspective on his hectic travel schedule.

Additionally, Triple H also provided a sneak-peek at his intense heavy weightlifting training.

In case you didn’t know…

Triple H has competed in the sport of professional wrestling since 1992.

Apart from besting opposition inside the squared circle, The King of Kings also serves as the Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events, and Creative—a role he’s been fulfilling since 2013.

The heart of the matter

Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque’s on-screen and backstage obligations in the WWE require him to travel the world over, not only to organize WWE events but also to represent the WWE brand internationally.

Addressing his hectic travel schedule from this past Sunday to Thursday, Triple H stated—

“Sunday-Thursday AM... NY-Vegas.. Vegas-Anaheim.. Anaheim-NY.. NY-Athens.. Athens-Saudi Arabia.. Saudi Arabia-Athens.. Athens-NY.. Miles traveled: 21K miles. Circumference of the Earth: 25K miles. #SlowWeek #MidnightWorkout #DoTheWork”

Furthermore, Triple H also posted video footage of him engaging in a ‘Midnight Workout’; which included a bench press with a barbell, weight plates and weight lifting chains, core exercises with a single weight plate, a cable workout for deltoids (shoulders), as well as bicep curls with weighted ropes. The vast majority of professional wrestling experts believe that Triple H is set to team up with Stephanie McMahon in a rivalry against Kurt Angle & Ronda Rousey.

Kudos to Triple H for not letting his fitness take a backseat, despite working an administrative job behind-the-scenes. Besides, the man keeps travelling non-stop and deserves respect for not letting jet lag get the better of him.
