Triple H invites Piers Morgan to WWE

What’s the story?

Triple H was recently a guest on the Good Morning Britain Show, hosted by Piers Morgan.

However, considering Morgan wasn’t present during Triple H’s appearance, the Game called out the famous talk show host; inviting the latter to the WWE—

To which Morgan replied—

In case you didn’t know…

Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque has assumed a serious backstage role in the WWE as of late; and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events & Creative.

The "King of Kings" visited Good Morning Britain—a show hosted by Piers Morgan who’s perhaps best known for CNN’s Piers Morgan Live and America’s Got Talent.

The heart of the matter

Triple H’s aforementioned appearance on Good Morning Britain was filmed without Piers Morgan, as the latter was busy with other obligations at the time.

Speaking of which, Triple H jokingly issued a challenge to Morgan; inviting the latter to WWE

"I came here today looking for you. Lo and behold, you're not here. I heard you're running scared, you called in sick today at the last second, you didn't show up (but) that's alright, that's understandable, I know you've got that little bit of a shiver with me lookin' for ya.”
“But I'm inviting you now to come to us—come to Monday Night RAW, come to SmackDown Live as my guest. Let's see if you've got the guts to do this thing."

What’s next?

Triple H has been partaking in a few WWE live events as of late, serving as a replacement for Roman Reigns in the Shield. The Cerebral Assassin is expected to make his in-ring return on the WWE’s TV programming sooner rather than later as we inch closer towards the Royal Rumble in early-2018.

Triple H has a great sense of humour, which is on full display here!

The WWE often uses celeb cameos on its television shows, with a few of those appearances proving to be genuinely entertaining. Take a look at the above video for instance.
