WWE News: What happened after RAW went off the air?

What's the story?

Roman Reigns was attacked by RAW Tag-Team Champions The Bar after RAW went off the air. Reigns was in the middle of the ring after his segment with Brock Lesnar when Cesaro and Sheamus jumped him in a surprise attack on the go-home WWE show before WrestleMania 34.

We thank Wrestling Inc. for the update.

In case you didn't know...

Roman Reigns confronted Brock Lesnar at the end of RAW and hit him with a number of Superman Punches. Lesnar made use of a momentary lapse in concentration from Reigns to hit him with an F5 and make his way to the back.

The heart of the matter

After The Bar attacked Reigns, John Cena came out to make the save. Cena and Reigns hit a stereo Attitude Adjustment and Spear to Cesaro and Sheamus to send them scurrying out of the ring and into retreat mode.

What's next?

The Bar will defend their RAW Tag-Team Championships at WrestleMania against Braun Strowman and a partner of his choice.

Roman Reigns, on the other hand, will face Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship.

John Cena will probably face The Undertaker, but as of writing this, Undertaker hasn't replied to Cena's challenge.

Author's take

This was a great way to end RAW and send the crowd home happy. Cena and Reigns are two of WWE's biggest stars and it's always great seeing them in the ring together.
