Harley Race is perhaps one of the most famous names in the world when it comes to professional wrestling. During his career as a wrestler, he wrestled for all the major professional wrestling companies in the world.
It has been reported that Harley Race has been admitted to the hospital due to complications with his health. He has been in the hospital since that time and is currently 'fighting' his health issues.

Although the name may not be familiar to many modern fans, Harley Race is seen as one of the pioneers when it came to professional wrestling. He wrestled in all of the following federations at one point of time or the other:

- World Wrestling Federation (WWF - now WWE)
- World Championship Wrestling
- World Wrestling Council
Following this, Harley Race wrestled in several Independent promotions as well as making appearances in WWE. He also was part of Impact Wrestling. Harley Race is also the promoter of World League Wrestling.
The heart of the matter
World League Wrestling provided an update on Harley Race's current condition in an Instagram post. They revealed that complications arose when Race was travelling to a fan expo and had to be admitted to a hospital.
"This past weekend, he was scheduled to attend the Knoxville Fanboy Expo. While traveling to Knoxville, he exhibited some signs that needed to be addressed by medical personnel. He has been in the hospital since Thursday evening and that's where he currently is. Due to privacy concerns, no specific information will be given out about his current health status or anything of the sort. All that can and will be said is that Harley Race was, is, and will always be a fighter. He doesn't know anything else and he hasn't thrown in the towel and he has promised that as long as it is up to him, that won't be an option. His health is obviously top priority and with that being said, all of his upcoming appearances will be immediately cancelled."
