Sustaining a neck injury, the former WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella is sidelined and a possible return to the ring has been delayed till SummerSlam. Also, due to this injury, she may not be able to wrestle full time, again. Recently, Brie Bella decided to retire from her pro wrestling career and spend more time with her husband, former WWE World Champion Daniel Bryan, who also had to retire due to severe concussions, earlier this year. In this situation, it was getting troublesome for WWE to keep the Bella Twins relevant.

Apart from their wrestling career, the Bellas are also reputed for their appearance in ‘Total Divas’ at E! With the fifth season of the show coming to an end, WWE decided to provide the Bellas with a show of their own. The spin-off of Total Divas will be known as ‘Total Bellas’ and will be telecast on E!.
Wrestlinginc.com reports that this "Total Bellas" docu-series will be featuring the members of the Bella family, including the Bella Twins, Daniel Bryan, John Cena and John Lauranitis. It was announced on RAW, that the show will start to air from October, this year and will contain six one-hour episodes.The first teaser of the show is provided below.
