Kane will be in attendance on January 12th

What's the story?

Kane hasn't been seen in a WWE ring since Crown Jewel, but The Big Red Machine is now advertised for an upcoming live event in Tennessee on January 12th.

In case you didn't know...

The Devil's Favourite Demon has been working as the Mayor of Knox County in Tennessee over the past few months, but WWE was able to tear him away from his busy political career in order to fly to Saudi Arabia and be part of Crown Jewel at the beginning of the month, because the company agreed to donate a large sum of money to The Knoxville Public Safety Foundation.

The company promised to donate $100,000 dollars to the City of Tennessee since they were able to free up their mayor to be part of WWE's Crown Jewel event in The Middle East.

The heart of the matter

The Knoxville News Sentinel is reporting that Kane is scheduled to be in attendance for WWE's upcoming live event in Tennessee because he needs to pick up the cheque for the donation to the city.

It's hard to imagine that Kane won't be used in front of the crowd as part of the event as well since he is a hometown hero and WWE would love to equalize on the fact that they have a WWE legend at their disposal whilst they are there.

What's next?

Kane hasn't been seen on WWE TV since Crown Jewel and the future Hall of Famer stated when he became Mayor that it would affect his ability to wrestle any upcoming storylines for WWE. The Undertaker is expected to be part of WrestleMania 35, but Kane's skills could be much harder to acquire for the biggest event of the year.
