O’Neil entered the 50-Man Royal Rumble Match at WWE’s Greatest Royal Rumble PPV, at number-39, and had a rather memorable botch during his entrance.

Titus O’Neil was no different, as he charged towards the ring, only to trip before he could enter the ring—resultantly, O’Neil went flying forward and slid under the ring apron.
