What's the story?

Ronda Rousey makes her in-ring debut at WrestleMania next month and it seems that the former UFC star has been training hard ahead of her bout against Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, as the company recently released footage of Rousey training at the performance center.

In case you didn't know...

The former UFC Champion will step into the ring for the first time at WrestleMania in just over two weeks time as she teams with Kurt Angle against Stephanie McMahon and Triple H. This is a match that has been building ever since Rousey jumped the barricade at WrestleMania 31 and aligned herself with The Rock in a highly rated segment between the four stars.

Rousey has shown in recent weeks on Monday Night Raw that she has been training since she has been able to show off a number of moves on both McMahon and Dana Brooke.

Kurt Angle and Rousey have been training hard together over the past few weeks and they have updated a number of Instagram posts to ensure that their followers are aware that they are putting the hours in.

The heart of the matter

Ahead of Rousey's highly anticipated in-ring debut next month, WWE has released a number of videos on their Twitter page showing that the former UFC star is more than ready for the huge task that awaits her on The Grandest Stage Of Them All.

Rousey is seen above training with her Four Horseman friend Shayna Baszler who has also been able to make the switch over to NXT and it seems that both women were able to show off their superior grappling ability.

Rousey has also stepped it up in the ring recently as she is seen here showing off her skills with a shoulder block followed by a bodyslam.

What's next?

Rousey will have to train hard over the next few weeks since her first ever wrestling match will take place in just over two weeks time.

Author's take

Even though these videos have divided opinion on Social Media, it seems that it's obvious that Rousey has swapped the Octagon for the squared circle quite easily. The former UFC Champion is showing off a number of moves that many stars in the company wouldn't have been able to do that early in their training, which shows that the company definitely did the right thing when they signed her earlier this year.
