WWE News: WWE relinquishes 'Balor Club' logo

The WWE doesn’t plan on using this anymore, it would seem

For those of you WWE dream-booking buffs who expected, or at least hoped, that Finn Balor would make his main roster debut and associate himself with the Club, things don’t look as promising as they did a while back.

On June 22nd, the WWE officially relinquished their trademark rights to the ‘Balor Club’ logo, leaving its status reading “abandoned-after publication”, reports Whatculture.com

Whether the WWE pulls a double turn and ties in his debut with the Club anyway remains to be seen, but as of now, it looks like the company may be reluctant in turning him heel.

Ever since the quartet left NJPW, and especially the trio of Styles, Anderson and Gallows, talk has been rife of the Bullet Clubs reformation in the WWE. While that has materialised, Balor hasn’t been absorbed into the loop as yet, leaving many people speculating that the impending brand split may provide the perfect platform for that.

But it has been rumoured that Balor, along with Austin Aries, American Alpha, Nia Jax, Bayley and Carmella are all due call-ups to the main roster for the draft.
