WWE News: WWE teases signing of Youtube star

What’s the story?

WWE is teasing the signing of YouTube personality Inanna Sarkis. The promotion posted a picture of Inanna at the WWE Performance Center on Instagram with the caption “Coming to a ring near you”. You can see the photo below.

Inanna also posted a few photos in which she is seen inside the WWE ring. She added cryptic captions to these posts and did not give away much.

Inanna Sarkis is a Canadian YouTube personality. The 24-year-old is also an actress and has around 1.4 million subscribers on her YouTube channel.

She has posted a wide variety of videos on her YouTube channel and even directed a short film called Aura.

The heart of the matter

WWE is yet to make an official statement regarding the signing of Inanna. The photos posted on Instagram, however, suggest that such an announcement might happen soon.

As Inanna posted pictures from the WWE Performance Center, she is not restricted from revealing her new association with the promotion.

What’s next?

The exact type of deal that Inanna has signed with WWE has yet to be revealed. We could get a better idea of the situation from either WWE or Inanna as both parties have a huge fan following across various social media platforms.

It’s hard for the fans to know what Inanna brings to the table as a ‘wrestler’. But at the same time, her star power cannot be questioned.

She has a major fan following outside the WWE and the number of followers on her YouTube and Instagram account back this up. The signing would be a good one for WWE in terms of social media reach, but her performance inside the ring is what will decide her future in the wrestling business.
