Unsettled tension rises from the TakeOver: Phoenix ashes
Unsettled tension rises from the TakeOver: Phoenix ashes

On the first NXT after TakeOver: Phoenix, The Street Profits will get their hands on the Forgotten Sons. On the Jan. 16th episode, Wesley Blake & Steve Cutler, along with Jaxson Ryker, attacked Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins during their post-match victory lap. This week, the two teams will face off in tag team action and The Street Profits will hope to get their revenge.

After being threatened by Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke during a backstage confrontation last week, Io Shirai and Kairi Sane will look to seek retribution when they finally get a match against the duo. The team on Sane and Shirai will be looking to get the better of their nemesis.

There's so much action to unfold on this show as we have new NXT Tag Team Champions, a new North American Champion, an end to the undefeated streak and the absolute havoc that took place at the end of the NXT Championship match. Be sure to tune in and catch all the action.
