EC3 vs The Velveteen Dream:

Velveteen Dream did not start his match with EC3 with a polite handshake

The mind games started even before the match, as Velveteen Dream threw his shirt at EC3, riling him up.

EC3 focused on Velveteen Dream's arm early on, before sending him to the corner, and hitting him with a few hard kicks. EC3 sent Velveteen to the outside with a clothesline, but it was Dream who took advantage and countered EC3's attempted suplex into a Twisting DDT on the ramp.

Dream hit the back of EC3's head with a forearm from the top rope. The action continued as Dream took advantage of EC3 and continued to dominate him.

The two went back and forth inside the ring and turned Velveteen Dream Inside out with a Clothesline before hitting him with a Stinger Splash. He tried to go for the One Percenter, but Dream countered into a roll-up. EC3 kicked out and then blocked a kick from him. He planted Dream into the mat with a spinning face-crusher. He battered Dream down and then threw him off the turnbuckle. EC3 went to the Top Rope and hit a Crossbody which was enough for Dream to turn him around into a Two-Count.

EC3 stood up and hit Dream with a Powerbomb and then a Deadlift Sitout Powerbomb. Dream and EC3 exchanged blows on the top rope, with EC3 hitting Dream with a Superplex. Velveteen Dream still managed to kick out.

Dream hit EC3 with a Superkick when the latter was getting into the ring, followed by a Dream Valley Driver. EC3 still kicked out, and then even hit Dream with a German Suplex. Velveteen was dragged to the apron. but he took advantage with a Dream Valley Driver on the Apron.

He went to the top rope and hit the Elbow to the heart of EC3 from the top rope for the win.

Result: Velveteen Dream defeated EC3.

After the match, Matt Riddle was shown to be a part of the crowd, confirming rumours he was heading to NXT.
