WWE officially announces Mick Foley for Hall of Fame

New York Post broke the news that Mick Foley would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2013. However, Foley commented on his Twitter account that he would “believe it when he sees it” and had not yet received a call from WWE or Vince McMahon.

WWE.com has now confirmed the story, and the Hardcore Legend will indeed be among those inducted on April 6th at Madison Square Garden.

Update: Mick Foley has named Terry Funk and Jim Ross as the people, who he would like to do the honours of inducting him into the WWE Hall of Fame. This was during an interview, before the official announcement was made on Foley’s possibility of being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
