One may consider it an antiquated notion, but the idea of good vs. evil is one that transcends the sphere of sports entertainment and exists across all media. Randy Orton is an out-and-out heel, while Bray Wyatt is somewhere between a babyface and a heel. Even though The Undertaker was a top babyface for many years on end, and so was Kane, Bray Wyatt may have a tougher time when it comes to becoming a babyface with his absolutely crazed persona.
So, whom does one root for when Bray Wyatt battles Randy Orton at their upcoming clash?
One may dispute the fact that we need someone to root for, considering that Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton have had many battles in the past with the same dynamic, but it may be a reason why the audience doesn't necessarily get invested in the feud. WWE also does not handle shades of gray well.
