5) Prime Time Players

Surprise surprise! Look who we have at number five. Its the Prime Time Players. A team that has been criticized heavily for lacklustre performances almost throughout their WWE career. And this week on RAW, they beat The Real Americans after Darren Young hit the gutbuster on Cesaro for the victory. Surprising win for the duo, whose potential can certainly be made better use of.

4) The Miz

After a brilliant job of hosting SummerSlam, The Miz faced Wade Barrett on RAW. Ever since ‘learning’ how to apply the figure four, Miz has been putting his offence to good use. As he applied it on Barrett to pick up a deserved win, he was interrupted by Fandango, who cost Barrett the match after attacking The Miz. Either ways, Miz looked likely to win and is on a roll ever since turning ‘face’.

3) Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes has utilized his ‘push’ to great effect in the WWE. After an impressive victory at SummerSlam, he reproduced the same form on RAW and beat old nemesis Damien Sandow yet again. Call it the ‘after shave’ effect or anything else you want, but the bottom line is that Cody is ‘dashing’ his way to glory.

2) CM Punk

Punk makes a dashing return to our Power Rankings, bagging the second spot. After putting up a ‘match of the night’ performance against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, Punk delivered yet another epic promo on RAW, this time leaving no casualties including an annoying fan in the arena. Then came Heyman’s cavalry, as Curtis Axel made his way to prey on the visibly tired Punk. However, the ‘second city saint’ delivered the thrashing of a life time to Axel, thereby letting Paul Heyman know what’s in store for him.

1) The Shield

At the No.1 spot, We have the ‘hounds of justice’ otherwise known as The Shield. These guys certainly fulfilled their henchmen responsibilities to the new look ‘Corporation’, as they were involved in three separate incidents on the Show. They took out The Big Show and Dolph Ziggler in separate matches for starters, and also ambushed Daniel Bryan when he least expected it. The Shield are a force to reckon with, and they solidified their standing this week yet again on WWE RAW.
