#3 WWE legend Kurt Angle retired major move after a big botch

Speaking on his podcast, The Kurt Angle Show, the former WWE Champion spoke about his iconic match against Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 21. Although the match is still considered one of the all-time greats, a spot during the match had left fans concerned.

The spot being talked about is Angle giving a vicious Angle Slam to Shawn Michaels which led to the Heartbreak Kid hitting the steel ring post awkwardly. Kurt Angle stated that he stopped using that version of the Angle Slam following the botch.

"Well, he didn't hit his hamstring. He hit his a**. I didn't have him lined up properly, and I went backward and Shawn; it was a little lower on his body, but it did the job. It made sense. There was nothing wrong with the move, whether I hit his lower back or his a**. I think the fans got an idea of what I was trying to do."

Angle admitted that it was a vicious move, and because it did not hit right, he used it for the first and last time at WrestleMania 21.
