WWE Rumor Roundup: Former Champion out-of-action indefinitely with a 'pretty serious' injury, Vince McMahon 'gave up' on pushing RAW Superstar - 15th January 2020
Former Impact Wrestling World Champion EC3 has had a poor run ever since he joined WWE. Not only was he moved to the main roster too soon - before he got a chance to shine in NXT - but also his run on the main roster backfired completely.
Unfortunately for EC3, reports have stated that Vince McMahon gave up on pushing him too soon. Dave Meltzer reported that he believes McMahon gave up on pushing EC3 real fast.

“I think that Vince (McMahon) pretty much gave up on EC3 real fast…They did a try out in April of EC3 with Drake Maverick and putting them back together like they were in TNA, and Vince hated that too so I don’t think this one is a Paul (Heyman) call.”
EC3 is currently on the shelf having suffered an unfortunate injury. There were reports suggesting that The One Percenter will be making his return in 2020, but it remains to be seen when the RAW Superstar will finally be cleared to compete inside the ring.
