The son of Hall of Famer British Bulldog, Davey Boy Smith Jr. is likely to return to WWE, after a span of 10 years. The talented athlete was last seen in WWE in 2011. Smith joined WWE in 2006 and was predominantly used in a tag team along with Tyson Kidd and Natalya as their manager. The team was called The Hart Dynasty.
Despite the talent, WWE could not find much for him to do and he was released while his tag team partner Tyson Kidd continued with the company. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that WWE is in talks with Smith for a return soon.

"Regarding Davey Boy Smith Jr., at this point he has not signed here, but there are serious discussions in that direction," said Meltzer.
After he was released by WWE in 2011, Smith toured the world and made a major name for himself working in promotions such as NJPW and MLW. Smith is a former IWGP and NWA Tag Team Champion.
