As reported earlier, The Miz's sickness had major repercussions as it not only forced WWE to make changes to the SmackDown Tag Team Championship match but it also may have had a role to play in Roman Reigns pulling out of WrestleMania.
On the most recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that the SmackDown Tag Team titles match could be a 3-way contest featuring one representative each from three tag teams.
One member from The New Day and The Usos each may have faced John Morrison in a Ladder match at the WrestleMania tapings.
Meltzer also added that Miz's sickness may have been the catalyst towards Reigns' decision to remove himself from his scheduled Universal Championship match against Goldberg.
The Usos were also not happy with the situation, however, no new details were revealed about the story.
So, Miz was sick. Now I was told that maybe it's a three-way or something but it's a three-way singles match I think. I was told it was one of the Usos against John Morrison in a Ladder match but maybe one of the New Day in it as well. So that was going to be the three-way Ladder match.
