The news of Roman Reigns’ suspension for violating the WWE Wellness Policy trembled the furthest reaches of the IWC. We have now received a report that sheds light on the medical reason behind his failed drug test.
According to dailywrestlingnews.com, a trustworthy source has it on hand that Roman Reigns’ tests indicated amphetamines in his system. As of now, this is the only chemical that is reported, though it could be more.
Reportedly, the test also evinced that Reigns had ingested marijuana. While Reigns is rumored to have drawn a lot of flak for it, there’s nothing to suggest that it made him more culpable. Marijuana use draws fines in the WWE, not suspensions.
It was reported yesterday that Vince McMahon is planning to portray Reigns in a “redemption” angle when he returns.
