What's the story?

Per Bryan Alvarez of f4wonline, the script for this week's episode of Monday Night RAW (April 22nd, 2019) was finalized about 4 minutes prior to RAW going on the air.

This, in turn, has set the professional wrestling community abuzz regarding the WWE having likely brought about a significant amount of changes in the script for this week's edition of RAW.

In case you didn't know...

WWE is widely regarded as one of the world's most valuable brands in the sports-entertainment industry.

The professional wrestling-based sports-entertainment promotion puts forth several shows all year round, with Monday Night RAW and SmackDown Live being two of its top weekly episodic television presentations.

The heart of the matter

WWE head honcho Vince McMahon, as well as the WWE Creative Team, have, for long, been known to bring about several changes in the script for the weekly episodes of Monday Night RAW -- with the pro wrestling rumor mill often noting, that it isn't uncommon for McMahon to bring about significant changes to the script right on the very day of RAW as well.

On that note, professional wrestling journalist Bryan Alvarez explained that the script for this week's episode of Monday Night RAW was finalized only about 4 minutes before the episode went live.

Resultantly, certain sections of the pro wrestling community have been opining that although the WWE higher-ups are well-known for their penchant for making alterations to the script of RAW, right until hours prior to it going on the air; finalizing the script barely 4 minutes before going live, has indeed got to be a rarity.

What's next?

The next episode of Monday Night RAW is set to transpire at the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky on April 29th, 2019.

Presently, the top storyline on RAW is that of number-1 contender AJ Styles pursuing the WWE Universal Championship which is held by Seth Rollins.
