A surprising rumor has been doing the rounds, that would kickstart a whirlwind of speculations on the internet. According to reports from Cagesideseats, a WWE star has given his notice and may leave the company soon.
While the identity of the WWE star has also not been revealed as of yet, note that this is just a rumor and there is no confirmation of the reports being true as of now. It’s still not sure whether the star in question is a top tier star or a mid-card talent and the same would be revealed soon if the rumors come to fruition.
We had reported about King Barrett leaving the WWE this summer due to being unhappy with his current position in the company; so chances of Barrett being the unnamed WWE star are quite high in this case. The alarming dearth of top stars coupled with reports of talents wanting to quit would certainly make the WWE desperate.
As we are on the road to WrestleMania, WWE would want its roster to be at full strength considering the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal requires half of the roster in action. In any case, the rumors could very well be false.
