WWE Rumours: Dudley Boyz sign contract extension with the WWE

The Dudley Boyz have been putting over newer talent strongly in their second WWE stint

Tag team legends Dudley Boyz have been working with the WWE for the past year, and their modus operandi has been majorly to put over new and upcoming talent. The record WWE Tag Team Champions had signed on with the WWE for a year last August, and a renewal is due again now.

PWInsider reports that an extension has been signed and sealed up now, with all the parties involved happy with the terms on offer.

No official word yet on the specifics of the deal has been released but it is speculated that it could be a one-year extension.

On being quizzed earlier this year by a fan, on whether they felt that the WWE was not pushing them enough, the Dudley Boyz had retorted that they were happy with their role in the scheme of things and that it was simply the way how the industry functioned that it was required of them to put over newer talent.

The Dudley Boyz were drafted to Raw for the Brand Split.
