We learned a lot about the SummerSlam card this week. On the one hand, you had a dream match confirmed with Charlotte Flair stated to take on Trish Stratus in front of the latter's home country of Canada. You also had a match pretty much confirmed between Aleister Black and Sami Zayn.
Had Roman Reigns' match been confirmed as well, there would have been a sense of not wanting to tune in to catch the weekly programming, leading up to SummerSlam. But now there's a sense of intrigue on SmackDown Live with everyone wanting to know what lies next for Roman Reigns. Everyone loves a mystery, in WWE or otherwise.
In the age of binge watching, the art of writing weekly television has been lost and forgotten, rather unfortunately. But there is a certain individual who's intent on bringing it back once again!
