There were a number of mistakes this week on SmackDown
#3. Shorty G has become a reality
Gable has decided that he now wants to be called Shorty G
After weeks of being bullied about his size, it appears that Chad Gable has finally embraced his height and decided to find a positive in his new nickname. Shorty Gable has been his actual name for the past few weeks, but Gable decided to deliver quite an inspirational speech this week on SmackDown before revealing that he now wants to be called Shorty G.

In 2019, it's an odd storyline to be bullying someone for their height, especially since New Japan Pro Wrestling has been pushing one of the smallest men in the business as one of the hardest. The whole Gable storyline is once again a storyline that WWE is doing to be controversial and it's working, Shorty G sounds like a rapper name and nothing like what Chad Gable has been doing in the ring over the past few years.
This is the wrong name to have given Gable, but it will be interesting to see where WWE is able to go with this storyline moving forward and if it becomes more of the same that the WWE Universe has become accustomed to.
