Lars Sullivan just seems like the kind of Superstar that is likely to cause chaos and carnage. The only reason he's low down in this list is that a backstage attack doesn't seem like it would be his style of assault.
But that said, WWE will do whatever is convenient for them at that point in time and whatever potentially fits their ongoing storyline. Kofi Kingston vs. Lars Sullivan could prove to be a pretty interesting storyline for WWE because it would make Kingston the underdog once again.

If you notice, the sheen that surrounded Kofi Kingston seems to have worn off in the past few weeks. And this is because he is no longer the underdog, but the dominant champion who's vanquished most of his challengers with the utmost ease.
I suppose what the WWE Universe wants to see is yet another uphill battle featuring Kofi Kingston.
