Charlotte Flair and Asuka came to WWE SmackDown this week. We already know that the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships are not specific to the WWE RAW brand.

Bayley and Carmella teamed up, and so did the WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair, and soon enough, we saw a triple threat match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships.

There was an elimination stipulation involved on this occasion, as we saw Sasha Banks pin Bayley to write Bayley and Carmella out of the contest for good. But Charlotte Flair and Asuka picked up the big win this week, as Flair pinned Bianca Belair to retain the Championships.

Obviously, at this point, it will be a while before anyone is able to unseat Charlotte Flair and Asuka to become the brand new WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. The question, therefore is, what happens to the WWE RAW Women's Championship then.
