When Naomi was drafted to WWE RAW, MVP let it be known that he is very interested in recruiting her as a member of his faction - The Hurt Business, as the first female member. And yet, the actual plans for her may be quite different, especially if her husband Jimmy Uso is recruited into Roman Reigns' stable on WWE SmackDown in due course.
Naomi is only related to the Anoa'i family by marriage, but it makes all the sense in the world to have her in this WWE SmackDown stable.

Be it SAniTy or RETRIBUTION or any other number of factions that like to play around with capitalization, having a female member in the collective is always a good thing because it lends depth and color to the actual faction.
Naomi's not doing anything on RAW at this time and for her to become a part of this dominant WWE SmackDown collective may be the most important thing she's done since she was in Team BAD.
