Few will ever know what it feels like to carry everything on their back. In this generation, there is only one. The head of the table, the Universal champion, The Best of the Best. #SurvivorSeriespic.twitter.com/clCfn5s3XH
There are so many WWE SmackDown babyfaces that could come gunning for Roman Reigns and his Universal Championship, from Kevin Owens, to Murphy to Jimmy Uso, if he's back at 100%. At the same time, it does seem likely that it will be Daniel Bryan who tangles with Roman Reigns next, for a multitude of reasons.
There is already a ready-made storyline between Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan because of Jey Uso's clash with him from some time back.
Daniel Bryan is a unique sort of WWE Superstar as well. Even though he puts so many people over on a regular basis, he's just one of those WWE SmackDown stars who's been at the top, and even if he clashes against someone like Roman Reigns who's at the very top of his game at this point in time, there will be an element of doubt at all times about whether he can dethrone the Champ or not.
Could Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan kickstart on this week's show?
