This week's episode of WWE SmackDown Live looks like it's going to be one the WWE Universe will be hardpressed to forget.
Set to take place on the 15th of January 2019, the third SmackDown of the year will also be the second last before the WWE Royal Rumble. The episode will see the Superstars of the Blue Brand continue to build to the pay-per-view, which will be held on the 27th of January, 2019.
Last week SmackDown Live saw Rey Mysterio and Andrade 'Cien' Almas on the opposite sides of a tag team match. This week they will be facing each other in a one-on-one Singles match.
Carmella will face Sonya Deville in another Singles match. The two women have been feuding on Social Media all week.
The Miz is set to throw Shane McMahon “The Best Birthday Bash in the World” to celebrate his partner's birthday. The two of them will team up to take on The Bar at WWE Royal Rumble, so there may be an interference in the air.
Asuka and Becky Lynch will build their feud heading to the Royal Rumble, as Asuka is unlikely to take Lynch's challenge for her title lightly.
Also on the show, Daniel Bryan might reveal his own 'vicious' side to AJ Styles before the two square off at the WWE Royal Rumble.
