Rusev called for AJ on the mic just as the bell rang and English took advantage of the distraction and kicked Styles down. English kept raining down kicks on AJ as we broke for commercials. AJ was in control as we returned but missed the phenomenal forearm. Aiden went for an early pin but it was only a two count. AJ recovered and took down English with a forearm and then another in the corner. English countered the Styles Clash and AJ reversed English's move with a calf crusher making English tap out.

Rusev pulled AJ by the legs and out of the ring after the match was over and sent him crashing into the ring post on the outside. Rusev followed up with a Machka kick and still wasn't done. Rusev dragged AJ into the ring and humiliated him as a foreshadowing of what was to come at Extreme Rules.
