Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Jeff Hardy at Extreme Rules to become the United States Champion. After the match, Randy Orton made his return and attacked Jeff Hardy. Since then, Orton has been a crucial part of this rivalry. But interestingly he hasn't been added to this match.

I think Randy Orton will definitely interfere in this match and cost Jeff Hardy a chance to win back his title. But one surprising thing we could see is that Orton attacks Nakamura as well.

#7 The Bludgeon Brothers vs The New Day (SmackDown Live Tag Team Championship)

Will we see new tag champions?

Luke Harper and Eric Rowan (The Bludgeon Brothers) will defend their tag team titles against The New Day at SummerSlam. To be honest, SmackDown Live's 'Tag Team Division' has been stale for a while now. There is not much happening.

It doesn't really matter who wins this match. We have seen The New Day as champions before, and The Bludgeon Brothers haven't had a great run with the titles.

So I would prefer some kind of interference by another team (maybe SAnitY). But it seems unlikely WWE would do so. Although the result could go either way, I would like to see The New Day win.
