One thing that is a virtual certainty is that the return of DX will boost WWE ratings, albeit temporarily. WWE hasn't been getting good numbers in case of TV ratings from the past couple of months. Bringing back DX isn't a difficult task for WWE. Both Triple H and Shawn Michaels are already there. The Game is there backstage almost every week, while the Heartbreak Kid is helping out talent in the WWE Performance Center.
SummerSlam is only two weeks away. WWE should just make the decision and call the two legends back to the ring. DX working on the road to SummerSlam will accomplish the goal of briefly increasing interest in the product, which may turn into a permanent one if WWE continues with good storylines.
