Undoubtedly, one of the best WWE moments of the year
Right from his entrance to his exit, Bray Wyatt's appearance at SummerSlam 2019 was one of the most memorable parts of the night. Ever since his return to WWE earlier this year, Bray Wyatt slowly built up to this moment. The Firefly Funhouse segments turned darker with each passing week until The Fiend was introduced.

The Fiend first attacked Finn Balor which led up to this match. He also attacked Mick Foley at the RAW Reunion in order to make a statement.
This Sunday, everybody anxiously waited for The Fiend to finally engage in a match inside the squared circle. But nothing had prepared us for the masterpiece that Wyatt was about to present.
Bray Wyatt made an entrance on an improvised version of his old theme song while the words 'Let him in' appeared in bold on the big screen. He walked down to the ring while carrying a lantern that was in the shape of old Bray Wyatt's head.

He then went on to put an extremely mesmerizing performance against Balor that had the right mixture of his in-ring and storytelling skills. Together, both Superstars narrated a brilliant tale as The Fiend continued to assert his dominance.
There were times when Balor tried to fight back but his attempts fells short in front of the former Eater of Worlds. The Fiend went on to snap Balor's neck and ended the match by using Mandible Claw.

At this point, his attack on Mick Foley during the RAW Reunion show explained itself. Even his exit following his match earned a huge pop from the WWE Universe. He stopped and turned to look at the dark arena while standing under the spotlight amidst the echoing sound of his signature laughter.
No wonder, the crowd rose to its feet and chanted 'that was awesome' to acknowledge the best performer of the night.
