#3 Rey Mysterio
Rey Mysterio's contract is also set to expire in 2020, but he is in a much different place than anyone else on this list. While he is by no means a main event contender at this point in time, he has done a great job of building the upper midcard and is still a fan favorite.
Of course some might think that Mysterio's laundry list of injuries will spell the end of his latest WWE run, but that doesn't seem to be the case. In fact, he has managed to stay relatively healthy over the course of his latest run with the company and has only had a few slight missteps.
With that being said and Rey Mysterio being one of WWE's best underdogs, it would make no sense for the WWE legend to leave the promotion. Beyond that, it would be a huge blow to WWE's midcard and would force the company to scramble in order to find someone that can fill that role.
