#5 Tie - Brock Lesnar and Stone Cold Steve Austin (3 Main Events each)

Stone Cold Steve Austin, one of the biggest stars in wrestling in the late 90s and early 2000s, finally got his first main event when he beat Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 14.

His other two main events involved challenging the Rock for the WWE Championship at both WresleMania 15 and 17 respectively.

Someone who could see an uptick in his number of main events if he closes the show against Seth Rollins this year is Brock Lesnar.

His coming out party was in 2003 at WrestleMania 19 when he challenged then champion Kurt Angle for the WWE Championship.

But since he quickly left the WWE almost as soon as he skyrocketed to the top, he saw a huge gap between 'Mania main events.

More recently as well all know, he defended the WWE Championship in what turned out to be a triple threat against both Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 31 in 2015.

He also main-evented last year vs. Roman Reigns in the Universal Championship match at WrestleMania 34.
