Unfortunately, people remember Angle from a different era of wrestling

Kurt Angle is no longer the young man that he was when he ruled the roost in WWE. He's a shadow of that man, and will not be able to compete at the level that he once did. After all, Kurt Angle did break his neck multiple times.

If Angle were given time to get back into shape and undergo the necessary conditioning that would make him ring-ready, it would be a different case. Unfortunately, this match was obviously sprung at the last minute.

Imagine how disappointed fans will be if Angle was rusty in the ring when the match came around. It would break their hearts.

Let's hope for the best and pray that Angle is still the same man that he once was.
