The only logical explanation for Kane's big return to WWE, in a heelish role, on another brand, attacking Roman Reigns, is that it would set the stage for The Undertaker's return to the company. And now, there is no Roman Reigns in the mix at all.

With Kurt Angle in the fray, there is no reason for Kane to be in the match. The same holds true for most of the opponents, who do not have any reason to hate their boss, considering he'd placed the heels in a favourable handicap situation. Most importantly, it disrupts plans to bring The Undertaker back once again.

Maybe Finn Balor could have been introduced into this match to start a demon vs. demon program on RAW, over the long haul. Angle could have been saved for a grander occasion. We're sure WWE may have considered adding the 36-year-old Demon into the match after Wyatt's removal but may have chosen to make up for it by having two dream scenarios.
