Sasha Banks deserves to retain her title

Sasha Banks won the SmackDown Women’s Championship and retained it against Bayley. Her celebration, however, was cut short by Carmella who returned and attacked the champion. Both Superstars have been engaged in brutal backstage altercations over the last few weeks. Banks is now scheduled to put her title on the line against Carmella at WWE TLC.

Both Banks and Carmella locked horns for the title on SmackDown as well. However, that match ended in a disqualification after Carmella’s associate was involved. It appears that she will use that advantage once again at WWE TLC. However, it should be Banks who gets to walk away with the championship.

Sasha Banks is an incredible Superstars and is arguably one of the best performers in WWE today. She can carry herself very well inside the ring as well as on the mic. She should be the SmackDown Women’s Champion for a while as it will allow the creative to identify other challengers in the meantime. We could see her feud with Bianca Belair as well, which is expected to challenge for the title soon. But none of that will happen if Banks ends up losing her title at WWE TLC.
