The Rumour: PWInsider is reporting that Global Force Wrestling has offered a contract to Rey Mysterio. The former WWE Champion is currently under contract with Lucha Underground.

The Potential: Mysterio’s deal with Lucha Underground comes to an end in September. As the future of Lucha Underground still remains ambiguous, the Master of 619 could be exploring his options. As a return to WWE could not happen, GFW seems the next best option for the veteran.
He could be on National television, and at the same time, some the promotion could put together some great matches with Mysterio on board.
