As stipulated earlier, this week’s episode of Raw marked the conclusion of the departure angle, which led to the former General Manager of Smackdown, Vickie Guerrero being fired from the WWE.
Yesterday’s episode of Raw opened with Vickie apologizing to Stephanie McMahon for last week's ‘coffee incident’. Stephanie continued to shower Vickie with her dictatorial words, stating that Vickie was employed by the company only because of her late husband Eddie Guerrero.
To make things interesting and to give Vickie a proper farewell, Stephanie concluded by booking a match between herself and Vickie with the condition that if Guerrero losses she would be fired from the WWE.
The match was the last act by the WWE to humiliate Guerrero one last time by having her thrown into a pool filled with mud.
Stephanie managed to throw Vickie into the pool and sang a farewell song to Vickie. Before Vickie finally turned her back to the WWE, she turned around and threw Stephanie into the pool before leaving.
