WWE Elimination Chamber 2018 kicked off with the first ever Women's Elimination Chamber match. Soniya Deville and Bayley started the historical match in the Las Vegas Valley. Both exchanged blows but eventually, Bayley started dominating the match.

She even tried pinning Deville three times before Mandy Rose entered the ring. Both Absolution member then ganged up against "The Hugger" as the crowd kept cheering for Bayley.

Bayley soon started to struggle when the Absolution duo continued to team up against her. But that was soon brought to an end as the next to enter the ring was Sasha Banks who immediately took on Mandy Rose.

Both Banks and Bayley teamed up and took on Deville. Not long after that, Rose attacked them from behind and dragged Banks to the middle of the ring. Rose had just started to gain an upper hand over Banks but "The Boss" had other plans.

She made Rose tap out and the latter became the first woman to be eliminated from the match. The next to enter was Mickie James who eliminated Deville and got pinned by Bayley a few moments later.

Now, it was Alexa Bliss, Bayley and Sasha Banks in the ring. While Bliss was sceptical about entering the ring, Banks turned on Bayley. The three women then started to battle it out for themselves.

Bayly and Banks were involved in an incredible fight segment with an equally brilliant performance from both the Superstars. Meanwhile, Bliss sneaked her way in and managed to pin Bayley.

That left "Little Miss Bliss" sharing the ring with "The Boss". Following a DDT from the top rope, Bliss was finally successful in pinning Baks to win the first ever Women's Elimination Chamber match and retained her title.
