Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair - all three women have a submission move as their finisher. While Ronda Rousey has her trusted armbar, Becky Lynch uses Dis-arm-her. Charlotte Flair inherited her father's Figure 4 Leg Lock and modified it into a new version - calling it Figure 8 Leg Lock.

Thus, the primary question was who will tap out to who during the main event? The fans expected a finish to occur only when there was a submission move applied because they have been conditioned that the match would end only in one of the three women tapping out. However, WWE pulled a smart one by rewarding Becky Lynch with a brilliant roll-up.

Even though it was not befitting to end the main event of a WrestleMania, the finish was still smart on WWE's part.
