One of the biggest matches of WWE WrestleMania 37 saw Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair main event on the first night. The two women competed for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Belair had an extended career in NXT before she made the jump to the main roster. However, her NXT career did not allow her to win any titles on the brand. Belair won the 2021 Royal Rumble and challenged Banks for the SmackDown Women’s title.

The buildup to the rivalry wasn’t too great, but it was passable nonetheless. Fans knew that the two women would put on an incredible performance at The Show of Shows, and WWE allowed them to main event the first night of WrestleMania.

The match was epic and exceeded many expectations. There were some big cool spots along with many emotional moments. It looked like everything flowed naturally. Belair was finally able to overcome Banks to win the title.

Now that the dust has settled, many in the WWE Universe are wondering whether this was the best main event of WrestleMania of all time. Has anyone told a better story at WrestleMania than these two women, considering their past and all they’ve worked for?

While many matches come to mind, this was one of the greatest WrestleMania matches of all time. Some will call it the best, while others will likely put it in their top ten. The quality of the match was right up there.
