Dominik Mysterio and Humberto Carillo are perhaps the two WWE Superstars who could seamlessly be paired together. They are both fresh babyfaces who have continued to wage war against Seth Rollins's Monday Night Messiah faction, and they have impressed with their in-ring performances.
Add the fact that they both have Mexican heritage and have openly admitted to being inspired by Rey Mysterio, and you have a tag team that is meant to be.
But there is one contrasting aspect between the two. Dominik Mysterio is prominently featured on RAW while Humberto Carillo has been booked as an afterthought in recent times.
Both the competitors are still young (Dominik Mysterio is 23, while Humberto Carillo is 24) which means they could have a long career ahead of them. WWE pairing them as a tag team can lead to further character development, something Humberto Carillo, in particular, desperately needs.
