WWE Fast Lane 2015 : 5 Things that should happen at the pay-per-view

Mother Nature’s extreme blizzards did not keep back WWE from promoting their latest pay-per-view venture. Fast Lane, being the first installment in the series, there will be a lot of expectations about the show and all those will be doubled after the screw up at Royal Rumble.WWE needs to hit on all cylinders if they need to please the fans. Certain booking decisions have to be made at all cost for the same purpose and some of them will have a direct effect on WrestleMania as well. With the pay-per-view just a matter of weeks away, here is a look at some of the things that must happen when the company hits FedEx Forum Arena in Memphis, Tennessee.

#5 Bringing back Orton and Sheamus

Royal Rumble was supposed to be a returning ground for both Sheamus and Randy Orton but for some reason, the company decided to delay their eventual comeback despite entering into the WrestleMania period.

WWE is taking a big risk by doing so as both men brings some great amount of star power on the table. Now that the Rumble opportunity has went by, the next best place to bring these two stars back is at Fast Lane.

Orton could return back as a baby face and feud with Seth Rollins all the way to WrestleMania while Sheamus could be the heel with options like Dolph Ziggler or Ryback being available.

#4 Letting John Cena lose

In what seemed to be a planned move from the WWE, Rusev locked horns with John Cena in the post Royal Rumble show. They wasted no time in booking a match between the two at Fast Lane and it certainly looks to be a career changer for Rusev.

The career change could work on either direction. WWE have the opportunity to bury Rusev with just one match or they can make him look good at the expense of John Cena.

They should go ahead with the second choice. Cena is almost sure to face Rusev at Mania and he might win it as well. So before the burial ceremony at Mania, the company should give Rusev his moment.

#3 Undertakers return

The biggest indication of Undertaker wrestling at WrestleMania is Bray Wyatt. Bray has been pushed big time from the company over the past few months which looks like a preparation for his clash with the Phenom.

If Taker is indeed going to wrestle at Mania, then his return should come at Fast Lane. Letting it wait beyond Fast Lane will back fire on the company. Vince and his writers will not get enough time to build up the match just like last year.

There is no idea on whom Bray will face at the pay-per-view but whoever it is, Taker should make his presence felt at some point or the other so that it would serve as a foundation for the coming months.

#2 Making Sting vs Triple H match official

The hide and seek game between Sting and Triple H have been going on for quite some time now. Sting first cost Hunter and his party the match at Survivor Series and later came down on Raw to bring back Dolph Ziggler, Ryback and Erick Rowan.

Triple H has called out Sting for a confrontation at Fast Lane and instead of overbooking or under booking the situation they have in their hands, WWE should come to the point and book a match between the two.

The stage should be WrestleMania but they should make the match official at Fast Lane itself so that the company would have proper time to sell their tickets.

#1 Daniel Bryans inclusion into the title scene

The main reason for WWE not letting Daniel Bryan win the Royal Rumble is because of his health. If Bryan was to win the Rumble, he would have been the centre figure which in turn makes it hard for the company to pull him out if injured.

However, now that Reigns has taken up that burden, Bryan is free to be utilized as WWE wants. He could be pushed into the title picture as the third man without the Rumble winner burden on him.

Having Bryan in the mix would be crucial as the company will be struggling to keep hold of their fans after what went down at Philadelphia after Reigns went on to win the Rumble.
