Kane and Rollins had a terrible match

Bubba Ray Dudley during his match against The New DayWhile much of the PPV was entertaining, there were a few things that the company just did not get it right. While much can be celebrated about the Hell in a Cell matches, the divas match and Del Rios return, there are some things which if they had worked would have put this PPV as certainly one of the best WWE put out this year.Still the better part of the show overcame the bad and there are many things a fan can look forward to on Raw in the next 24 hours. Meanwhile, here are the 3 things that did not work-

#1 The story of two Kanes

Kane and Rollins had a terrible match

This was never meant to be a trailblazing feud. It was merely filler for Rollins as he moves to a bigger feud come Survivor Series.

But in the name of filler it was downright boring and ridiculous. We all know that there is just one Kane and it’s hard in this day and age to suspend disbelief to such an extent. Even Corporate Kane’s job being on the line couldn’t provide much of a stake for this match. This was an expected disappointment, so to speak.

#2 Kevin Owens Vs Ryback

Ryback and Owens couldn’t deliver a good match

Owens won with the same method he used to win the Intercontinental title from Ryback a month back, but this match did not have the same intensity as that last match.

This was nowhere near the level of an average match either. Both of them lack an in- ring chemistry that could get the audience’s attention. And it was filler for the big time main event match between brock Lesnar and The Undertaker.

Owens’ first title defense remains forgettable. This match made one want to not see this feud get extended and dragged along, even though we know that the method Owens used to win will only continue this feud.

#3 Dudleys Vs New Day

The Dudleys and The New day could not light the arena

This wasn’t what one would have hoped for after the glorious way in which the Dudleys returned in order bring our hopes up for the tag team division. This is certainly not what we hoped for after The New Day worked their way up to transform a ridiculous gimmick into something tremendously entertaining.

This match was forgettable. And given the hardcore history of the Dudleys and given a hardcore PPV such as the Hell in a Cell, this should have been and could have been much much better.

But this match ended up being a major disappointment.
