WWE Raw: 3 Things that did not work

Even though that Raw was decent, it did have many things that could and should be worked upon. It won’t be Raw without a few or more than few disappointments. The entire night was definitely not high on memorable moments, but it sure did have a few.But mostly, this night will be remembered for WWE going back to basics after the week that Wrestlemania was. The energy definitely toned down, but we still have some things to look forward to.Still, there are some things that WWE could do without and so here are the three things that did not work.

#1 Speaking of Hashtags

Firstly, WWE should give their female performers, who undoubtedly are talented, the time to perform and a decent storyline to work with. It shouldn’t take a hashtag to give them a chance. It was beyond annoying to watch Alicia Fox, Cameron, Natalya and Summer Rae walk in like stereotyped high school characters whom we predominantly consider immature and ask for an opportunity for the Divas Championship.

And then have them speak of the hashtag. That’s a terrible plug in for WWE’s rampant social movement. How are we supposed to pay attention to performers who are shown to be so annoying.

#2 Cena\'s patriotism

We all know Cena’s holding the United States Championship, but it’s just too righteous to just go on and on about the U.S.A. It’s great that the open challenge for the title is producing great matches and that surprising moment of wondering who’ll challenge Cena or who’ll walk the ramp to face Cena.

And it’s understandable that since it is the ‘US’ title, an American will be proud to hold it. All this patriotism just makes one wonder why this particular title exists. How on earth is anybody apart from the Americans supposed to react to this patriotism? Or care about this American love?

Wish they did the open challenge for the Intercontinental Championship.

#3 Ryback beating Luke Harper

What’s happening with Ryback? Most of his matches have been pointless so farand then on Raw he gets to beat Luke harper- a guy who was decimating people all over, especially a fan favorite like Dean Ambrose. Ryback just beat Harper that easily on Raw. Ambrose did not appear but how is all this supposed to make Harper, and in turn Ambrose, look?

Ryback won his match and then lost his match to Reigns and Orton. How did Ryback even make it to the main event and get a chance for being the number one contendor for the title?

Logic deserting moments, you see.
