In an announcement which is sure to send WWE fans in Mexico into a frenzy, WWE confirmed Brock Lesnar’s involvement in a live event which will be held at the Arena Ciudad de Mexico in the country’s capital city. The show is scheduled to take place on 3rd December and will begin at 8 pm local time.

However, the Beast Incarnate’s opponent at the event is yet to be revealed and it will be interesting to see who he will be facing next after his epic confrontation with Goldberg at the Survivor Series pay-per-view.

This will be the very first instance of Brock Lesnar making an appearance in a WWE live event in Mexico and he is sure to get a great reception from fans in the North American country. The Arena Ciudad de Mexico in Mexico City will also play host to WWE superstars like Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Sheamus, Kevin Owens, Rusev and Sasha Banks among others.

Meanwhile, Lesnar’s focus will currently be on his much-hyped contest against Bill Goldberg, which is being dubbed as a rematch of their battle at Wrestlemania 20 in 2004 where Goldberg won.

The superstar had appeared on this week’s episode of Raw and a sold out crowd at his hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota showed their support for him with chants of ‘Goldberg sucks!’ filling the arena.

But it will surely be a different ball game come 20th November at the Survivor Series as the two hugely popular superstars lock horns inside the WWE ring once again after 12 years. While it could be the last time we see Goldberg in the WWE, it is certainly good news that Brock Lesnar is part of their future plans.
